Riot Fest is a legendary Punk/Alternative/Rock festival based in Chicago. Riot takes place yearly in September and has a history going back to 2005. Starting as a small multi-venue festival, since 2012 Riot has grown into a 3 day single venue festival that takes over the Douglas Park area of Chicago.

Known for a hilarious twitter, iconic performances, carnival rides, and the slogan "Riot Fest Sucks", Riot Fest is in a world of it's own. I've attended nearly every Riot Fest since 2013 and every year is a new adventure. I wanted to take my aesthetic and Riot's crazy personality and combine the two to reimagine their promotional materials for 2021.

I combined photos and Riot imagery with carnival vibes, bright colors, and general rhetoric of their twitter to create three deliverables that I feel express the Riot state of mind.
